Spanish media reports indicate that a Real Madrid player has attracted interest from Italian club Inter Milan ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan is keen on securing the services of Real Madrid defender Nacho.
Italian newspapers have further confirmed Inter Milan’s determination to persuade Nacho to join them instead of pursuing a move to the American Football League.
Nacho, a key player for Real Madrid, recently informed the club’s management of his decision to depart at the end of the current season.
Marca, a Spanish newspaper, disclosed that Nacho expressed his desire to leave Real Madrid as he has received interest from Inter Milan but prefers not to play in Europe to avoid potential future matches against his current club.
His contract with Real Madrid expires next June, granting him the freedom to join any team without financial obligations. Nacho has featured in 42 matches for Real Madrid across all competitions this season.
