Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Kylian Mbappe has officially sealed the deal with Real Madrid, with both parties having signed all the necessary paperwork.
Mbappe, the French football sensation, made his decision to join Real Madrid back in February, notifying his current club, Paris Saint-Germain, of his intentions to leave after this season.
The announcement of Mbappe’s transfer is expected to come after Real Madrid’s recent Champions League victory, marking their 15th title in history.
Romano also revealed that the official announcement of the transfer will be made by Real Madrid next week, with Mbappe set to be presented at the Bernabeu after the conclusion of the Euro. Additionally, it was disclosed that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez laid out clear terms to Mbappe regarding his salary, signing bonus, and image rights, stating that the deal would only proceed under Real Madrid’s conditions.
Despite Mbappe not receiving the same amount as initially proposed in 2022, he ultimately agreed to the terms set forth by Real Madrid.
