A big problem for Perez: The player does not want to leave, and Ancelotti does not want him in the team

Real Madrid is entering the new season with great enthusiasm following Mbappe’s arrival, aiming to sustain their dominance in the Champions League and retain their La Liga title for a second consecutive year. However, the team is currently dealing with a challenge involving one of their key players, who is unwilling to leave despite Ancelotti’s strong desire to part ways with him this summer.

According to Spanish newspaper El Nacional, Reinier Jesus, the young talent who joined Real Madrid with high hopes, is now facing a tough situation.

After several loan spells with European clubs, the Brazilian has yet to secure a permanent role at Real Madrid. Although he has displayed moments of promise at Borussia Dortmund and Girona, Reinier has not managed to fully establish himself.

The newspaper reported that at Borussia Dortmund, Reinier’s performances were uneven, with limited playing time and a lack of standout moments. While he showed some progress at Girona, it was insufficient to persuade Carlo Ancelotti of his suitability for a spot in Real Madrid’s first team, and his stint in Italy was also anticipated.

Given the situation, Carlo Ancelotti has made it clear that Reinier will not be part of the team next season. With a squad full of both young and seasoned talent, finding a role for Reinier appears challenging, especially since he has yet to prove himself worthy of wearing the Real Madrid jersey.

For Florentino Pérez, Reinier’s situation is a significant concern. The club invested 30 million euros in his acquisition, and the lack of return on this investment is troubling. Finding an appropriate solution for the player, whether through a loan or permanent transfer, has become a pressing issue for Real Madrid.

The newspaper concluded that it will be difficult for Florentino to resolve this situation, as the player has not attracted interest from other clubs and now represents a major dilemma for the club.
