Three players could leave Real Madrid before the summer transfer window closes

Carlo Ancelotti has declared that Real Madrid’s squad is finalized for the upcoming season, with no new signings or departures expected. However, there could be exceptions, as three players might leave the club before the transfer market closes if certain conditions are met.

Carlo Ancelotti has stated that Real Madrid’s squad is set for the next season, with no new signings or departures anticipated. However, there may be exceptions, as three players could potentially leave if a suitable offer comes in before the transfer market closes. According to Spanish newspaper Marca, these players are in different situations, but their continued presence at Real Madrid is not assured if the right offers are made.

The newspaper also reported that the players in question are Lunin, Jesús Vallejo, and Ceballos, whose futures at Santiago Bernabéu will remain uncertain until the transfer window closes on August 30. The report noted that each player’s situation is distinct. Lunin is the only one actively seeking a move, as he does not want to remain as Courtois’s backup and has requested a transfer. However, no offers have been received yet, and Real Madrid has set his price at 30 million euros, which complicates matters.

The newspaper also mentioned that Jesús Vallejo has returned to Real Madrid after a disappointing loan spell at Granada. While there are few midfielders in the squad and he is not considered a fringe player, it appears he will stay unless a convincing offer comes in. Real Madrid would not obstruct his departure if a suitable offer is made.

Regarding Dani Ceballos, although he signed a contract extension until 2027 last year, his role last season was less significant than he had hoped. He is open to moving on, but no substantial offers have materialized. Real Madrid will not hinder his departure if an offer meets their expectations and recovers the investment made when he was signed from Betis.
