Declan Rice had a priceless response to Jude Bellingham’s incredible goal for England against Slovakia during Euro 2024.

Bellingham came to England’s rescue with a dramatic equalizer in their last-16 match on Sunday. His magical moment in the 95th minute leveled the score before Harry Kane’s header sealed England’s victory in extra time.

The Real Madrid star celebrated passionately as fans noticed his words, reflecting his elite mindset.

After the game, Rice commented on his teammate’s amazing goal, joking that attempting a bicycle kick like Jude’s would have left him with a broken back.

“If I tried that Jude goal I’d have broken my back. Fair play to him, special moment,” said the Arsenal midfielder, adding that he had advised Bellingham to stay in the penalty area.

In another interview, Rice emphasized the England team’s unity and determination to support Gareth Southgate, who has faced criticism during the tournament.

“We’ve got a strong sense of togetherness, as we showed tonight. We’re ready to do anything to protect our manager and each other,” he said. “We’ll continue to push forward and fight hard. The spirit we displayed tonight was evident on the pitch. It’s a privilege to be part of this team, and we’re committed to giving our all.”

Rice has been a consistent presence in England’s lineup throughout Euro 2024 and is expected to retain his midfield role when they resume their campaign next Saturday. Their upcoming challenge sees them facing Switzerland in Dusseldorf, aiming for a spot in the semi-finals.
