Real Madrid are keen on signing River Plate midfielder Franco Mastantuono, a highly-rated 16-year-old regarded as one of the finest young prospects in South American football. His impressive performances have also attracted the attention of Barcelona and Chelsea.

According to AS, Real Madrid are maintaining informal talks with Mastantuono about a potential move. While no official offer has been made yet, the possibility of joining Los Blancos is likely exciting for the young Argentine. Real Madrid, known as the biggest club in the world, offers an alluring opportunity that would be hard to refuse. Their recent track record of acquiring and nurturing young South American talent bodes well for Mastantuono’s future development.


Barcelona, on the other hand, see Mastantuono as a superb long-term investment. Currently under financial strain, Barcelona are focusing on signing talented young players at reasonable prices instead of established stars.
